These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Platform, including all games, virtual currency, community features, content, products, and services made available through Diamond House Social.

The Company reserves the right to refuse any registration request or to decline the creation of an Account at its sole discretion.

You are responsible for maintaining access to the email address associated with your Account and may be required to verify your email address before accessing certain features of the Platform. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities conducted through your Account. If you believe that your Account has been accessed without authorization or that your credentials have been compromised, you must notify the Company without undue delay.

Unless expressly authorized by the Company, each individual may maintain only one personal Account. Creating multiple Accounts to obtain additional bonuses, promotional rewards, Diamonds, or any other advantage is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or permanent termination of all associated Accounts.

The Company reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any Account where it reasonably believes that these Terms have been violated, fraudulent or abusive activity has occurred, security concerns exist, false information has been provided, or continued access may adversely affect the Platform, other users, or the Company.

You may request the deletion of your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon deletion or termination of an Account, your right to access and use the Platform will immediately cease. Any Diamonds, virtual items, achievements, rankings, and other Virtual Content associated with the Account may be permanently removed and will not be transferred, redeemed, or compensated, except where required by applicable law.

5. Diamonds (Virtual Currency)

Diamonds are the virtual in-platform currency used exclusively within Diamond House Social. Diamonds are designed solely to enable access to gameplay and certain entertainment features available on the Platform. Diamonds may be obtained through promotional activities, welcome bonuses, daily rewards, purchases, or any other methods made available by the Company from time to time.

Diamonds are virtual items only and do not constitute money, electronic money, cryptocurrency, securities, financial instruments, bank deposits, or any other form of property or monetary value. Regardless of the method by which Diamonds are acquired, they cannot be redeemed, exchanged, transferred outside the Platform, sold, assigned, pledged, withdrawn, or converted into cash, cryptocurrency, goods, services, gift cards, prizes, or any other item of real-world value.

Your purchase or receipt of Diamonds grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use Diamonds solely within the Platform in accordance with these Terms. The purchase of Diamonds does not transfer any ownership rights or proprietary interest in the Diamonds or in any other Virtual Content. All rights, title, and interest in and to Diamonds remain the exclusive property of the Company.

Where Diamonds are made available for purchase, the current standard conversion rate is 1 EUR = 100 Diamonds, unless otherwise stated within the Platform. This conversion rate is provided solely for the purpose of purchasing virtual Diamonds and does not establish or imply that Diamonds possess any monetary or exchange value after purchase.

The Company reserves the right, at any time and without prior notice, to modify Diamond prices, available purchase packages, promotional offers, conversion rates for future purchases, methods of obtaining Diamonds, or any other aspect of the virtual currency system. Such changes shall not affect Diamonds that have already been credited to your Account unless otherwise required to address technical errors, fraud, abuse, or legal obligations.

Unless otherwise specified by the Company as part of a particular promotion or event, Diamonds do not expire while your Account remains active. However, the Company reserves the right to introduce expiration periods for promotional Diamonds or other limited-time virtual rewards, provided that any applicable conditions are clearly communicated at the time such Diamonds are granted. Upon the deletion or termination of your Account, all remaining Diamonds will automatically expire and be permanently removed without compensation, except where required by applicable law.

6. Welcome Bonus

The Company may, from time to time, offer a Welcome Bonus to eligible new users upon successful registration of a Diamond House Social Account. Unless otherwise specified on the Platform, eligible users currently receive a Welcome Bonus of 100,000 Diamonds.

The Welcome Bonus is offered solely as a promotional feature intended to enhance the entertainment experience available on the Platform. The Welcome Bonus has no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash or any other item of value, and is subject to these Terms as well as any additional promotional conditions published by the Company.

Each individual is entitled to receive only one Welcome Bonus unless expressly authorized otherwise by the Company. The creation of multiple Accounts, the use of false or misleading information, automated registrations, or any other attempt to obtain multiple Welcome Bonuses is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or permanent termination of all related Accounts, the removal of Diamonds, and the cancellation of any associated promotional benefits.

The Company reserves the right to determine eligibility for the Welcome Bonus in its sole discretion and may refuse, revoke, adjust, suspend, or cancel any promotional reward where it reasonably believes that abuse, fraud, manipulation, or any breach of these Terms has occurred.

The Company may modify, replace, suspend, or discontinue the Welcome Bonus, including its amount, eligibility criteria, availability, or promotional conditions, at any time without prior notice. Any such changes shall apply prospectively unless otherwise stated.

7. Daily Rewards

The Company may offer Daily Rewards, including Daily Sign-In Bonuses and other promotional incentives, to encourage continued participation in the Platform.

Unless otherwise stated, eligible users currently receive a Daily Sign-In Bonus of 500 Diamonds for each qualifying daily login. Additional rewards may be offered for consecutive daily logins, promotional events, seasonal campaigns, community activities, or other initiatives introduced by the Company.

Daily Rewards are promotional benefits provided solely for entertainment purposes and do not possess any monetary value. They cannot be redeemed for money, transferred outside the Platform, or exchanged for any item of real-world value.

The Company reserves the right to withhold, suspend, revoke, or adjust Daily Rewards where fraudulent activity, abuse, technical errors, or violations of these Terms are identified.

8. Purchasing Diamonds

Users may choose to purchase Diamonds through the payment methods made available on the Platform. The purchase of Diamonds is entirely optional and is intended solely to enhance the entertainment experience provided by Diamond House Social.

The Company may offer various Diamond packages with different quantities and prices. The availability of specific packages may vary depending on the user's location, payment provider, promotional campaigns, or other operational considerations. The Company reserves the right to modify available packages or pricing at any time.

All payments must be made using valid payment methods approved by the Company or its authorized payment service providers. By submitting a purchase, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and that all payment information provided is accurate and complete.

Unless otherwise stated, all prices displayed on the Platform are shown in the applicable currency and may include or exclude taxes depending on the jurisdiction from which the purchase is made. You are solely responsible for any taxes, duties, levies, or other governmental charges that may apply to your purchase where required by applicable law.

If a payment cannot be successfully processed due to insufficient funds, payment authorization failure, chargeback, suspected fraud, technical issues, or any other reason, the Company may refuse or cancel the purchase, suspend delivery of Diamonds, remove previously credited Diamonds, or temporarily restrict access to purchasing features until the issue has been resolved.

The Company actively monitors purchases for fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized activity. Where fraud, payment abuse, stolen payment credentials, chargeback manipulation, money laundering concerns, or other suspicious conduct is identified, the Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate the relevant Account, cancel purchases, remove Diamonds, reverse transactions where possible, refuse future purchases, and take any additional action permitted by applicable law.

9. Refunds

Except where required by applicable law, all purchases of Diamonds are final and non-refundable once the Diamonds have been successfully credited to your Account. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you are acquiring a limited licence to use virtual Diamonds within the Platform and not purchasing money, property, or any item of real-world value.

The Company may, at its sole discretion, consider refund requests in exceptional circumstances, including where a duplicate payment has been processed, a technical error has prevented the successful delivery of purchased Diamonds, or another payment processing issue has occurred. Any decision to grant a refund shall be made on a case-by-case basis and does not establish any obligation to approve future refund requests.

If you believe that a purchase has been made without your authorization, you must notify the Company as soon as reasonably possible and provide all information requested to assist with the investigation. The Company reserves the right to suspend the affected Account while investigating unauthorized payment claims and may require additional documentation before making a determination.

Initiating a chargeback or reversing a payment through your payment provider without first contacting the Company may result in the temporary suspension or permanent termination of your Account, the removal of Diamonds associated with the disputed transaction, the restriction of future purchases, or any other action reasonably necessary to protect the Platform and its users.

The Company reserves the right to reject refund requests and take appropriate action where it reasonably believes that a refund request, payment dispute, chargeback, or unauthorized transaction claim is fraudulent, abusive, misleading, or otherwise submitted in bad faith.

10. Using Diamonds

Diamonds may be used exclusively within Diamond House Social to access and enjoy gameplay, participate in casino-style entertainment games, obtain cosmetic or decorative virtual items where available, participate in special events, access social features, transfer Diamonds to other users where permitted, and use any additional Platform services or functionality that the Company may introduce from time to time.

Diamonds are intended solely for use within the Platform and have no value outside Diamond House Social. Diamonds cannot be redeemed for money, withdrawn, exchanged for cryptocurrency, goods, services, prizes, gift cards, or any other item of monetary value. Diamonds may not be sold, assigned, licensed, pledged, transferred outside the Platform, or otherwise used for commercial purposes unless expressly authorized by the Company.

The Company reserves the right to determine how Diamonds may be used, to introduce new uses for Diamonds, to discontinue existing functionality, or to modify the amount of Diamonds required to access particular features, games, or services at any time.

11. Games

The selection of available games may change over time, and the Company may introduce new games, discontinue existing games, or modify game features and functionality at its sole discretion.

Leaderboard positions, rankings, scores, achievements, and other competitive statistics are provided solely for entertainment purposes. They do not represent real-world value and do not entitle users to receive money, prizes, goods, services, or any other item of monetary value unless expressly stated in a separate promotion governed by independent promotional terms.

13. Chat & Community

Diamond House Social includes community features that allow users to communicate and interact with one another. These features may include public chat rooms, private messaging, player profiles, friends lists, community events, leaderboards, and other social functionality made available by the Company from time to time.

Users are expected to communicate respectfully and responsibly when using community features. You remain responsible for all User Content that you submit through the Platform and represent that you possess all necessary rights to make such content available. By submitting User Content to the Platform, you grant the Company a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable licence to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, display, distribute, store, and otherwise use such User Content for the purpose of operating, improving, promoting, maintaining, and providing the Platform and its related services. This licence shall continue for as long as reasonably necessary for those purposes, subject to applicable law.

Any feedback, ideas, recommendations, or suggestions submitted to the Company regarding the Platform may be used by the Company without restriction and without any obligation to provide compensation or acknowledgement.

15. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the Platform in any manner that violates these Terms or applicable law. Without limitation, you must not cheat, manipulate gameplay, exploit software bugs or unintended game mechanics, use bots, scripts, automated software, artificial intelligence tools, or other automated methods to interact with the Platform, or attempt to interfere with its normal operation.

You must not harass, intimidate, impersonate, or abuse other users or interfere with their ability to enjoy the Platform.

Any violation of this Section may result in the immediate suspension or permanent termination of your Account together with any additional action the Company considers appropriate.

16. Anti-Fraud

The Company is committed to maintaining a fair, secure, and trustworthy environment for all users. To protect the integrity of the Platform, the Company reserves the right to investigate any activity that it reasonably believes may involve fraud, abuse, unauthorized access, payment irregularities, manipulation of gameplay, multiple Account abuse, or other conduct inconsistent with these Terms.

Where appropriate, the Company may temporarily suspend or permanently terminate Accounts, remove or reverse Diamonds, cancel promotional rewards or bonuses, restrict or block purchases, limit access to particular Platform features, or take any other reasonable measures necessary to protect the Platform and its users.

The Company may also request additional information or documentation, including proof of identity, proof of ownership of payment methods, or other verification reasonably necessary to investigate suspicious activity or comply with applicable legal obligations. Failure to provide requested information within a reasonable period may result in the suspension or termination of the relevant Account.

17. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights relating to Diamond House Social, including its games, software, source code, technology, graphics, artwork, animations, sounds, music, text, user interface, logos, trademarks, trade names, databases, designs, and all other content made available through the Platform, are owned by or licensed to the Company and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Nothing contained in these Terms transfers any ownership rights to users. Subject to these Terms, the Company grants users a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

Users may not reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, decompile, create derivative works from, publicly display, commercially exploit, or otherwise use any part of the Platform except as expressly permitted by applicable law or with the Company's prior written consent.

20. Disclaimer

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. The Company makes no representations, warranties, or guarantees, whether express or implied, regarding the availability, reliability, accuracy, security, or performance of the Platform or any content, games, services, or functionality made available through it.

Without limiting the foregoing, the Company does not warrant that the Platform will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, secure, free from viruses or other harmful components, or that any defects will be corrected. The Company does not guarantee that any game outcome, leaderboard position, achievement, or other result will meet your expectations or remain available indefinitely.

Diamond House Social is intended solely for entertainment purposes. The Platform does not provide gambling services, investment opportunities, financial services, or any means of obtaining money, prizes, or items of real-world value through participation in games or any other Platform activities.

21. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Company, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, licensors, service providers, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including without limitation any loss of profits, revenue, business opportunities, goodwill, data, or anticipated savings arising out of or relating to your access to or use of the Platform.

The Company shall not be liable for any loss or interruption resulting from scheduled maintenance, technical failures, software updates, network outages, security incidents, force majeure events, third-party service failures, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

The Company shall not be liable for any loss of Diamonds, Virtual Content, achievements, rankings, or other digital items resulting from technical issues, software updates, account suspension, account termination, security incidents, fraud investigations, enforcement of these Terms, or any other action reasonably taken by the Company.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the aggregate liability of the Company arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount actually paid by you to the Company for Diamonds during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the relevant claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation.

22. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Company, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, contractors, licensors, service providers, and agents from and against any claims, demands, actions, proceedings, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform, your breach of these Terms, your violation of applicable law, your infringement of any third-party rights, or any User Content submitted through your Account.

The Company reserves the right, at its own expense, to assume the exclusive defence and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you, and you agree to cooperate fully with the Company in the defence of such matter.

23. Privacy

The Company collects, uses, stores, and otherwise processes personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By accessing or using the Platform, you acknowledge that your personal information may be processed as described in the Privacy Policy and any other applicable privacy notices published by the Company.

The Privacy Policy forms an integral part of these Terms and should be read together with our Cookie Policy and any other policies governing the processing of personal information.

24. Termination
